
LS Productions are looking for a creative, passionate and data-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their growing team.
OVERVIEW
This role offers the opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing global production company, as it expands into new territories and works with the world’s top brands and talent. As Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will have a keen interest in branding, marketing and relationship building as it relates to LS Productions’ five business streams: commercial, fashion, music videos, sport and film/TV.
A self-starter and go-getter, success in this position will include the provision of key support, close collaboration, and creativity across a myriad of duties within the Sales & Marketing Department. You will be involved in the brand’s core touchpoints with its prospective and key clients, spanning production companies, advertising agencies, brands and film developers.
LS Productions’ next Sales & Marketing Assistant will gain hands-on experience in brand building, digital marketing and the strategy behind winning work, all while encountering the wider world of advertising and entertainment production. You will be part of an expert team advancing a confident and consistent LS brand, internally and externally, in all its activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include supporting the wider team in the following capacity.
● Advertising & PR. Monitor the release of new work and ensure a smooth roll out across the website and key industry platforms.
● Digital Marketing. Schedule social posts, pull mailer reporting data, and upload content to the website. Experience with digital media, publishing tools, including a CMS or social media publishing apps is a plus.
● Client Relationship Management - LS Productions utilises Hubspot as our CRM, managing our prospective and current client relationships. You will support the entire department on maintaining and updating this resource.
● Sales support. Conducting market research as well as compiling recipient lists for digital mailers, events, and sales outreach. Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
● SEO and Web Analytics. You will support the Brand Experience Manager with administrative tasks essential to ensuring the company is searchable and top-ranked.
● Brand Experience Support. You will closely collaborate with the Brand Experience Manager to maintain and manage stock, elegantly compile gifts, and prepare special touches for clients on our productions.
● Budget Reporting. Over the course of each month, you will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to report on spend against budget.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● At least 1+ year experience in a sales and/or marketing role (this could be in a part-time role during your studies);
● Excellent attention to detail, good organisation skills, ability to prioritise work efficiently and meet deadlines;
● Eagerness to learn advertising and entertainment industry knowledge;
● Excellent research skills;
● Confidence brainstorming new marketing ideas;
● Basic understanding of SEO, PPC and Google Analytics (additional trainings provided where relevant);
● Experience reporting on social media statics for IG, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Knowledge of paid social is a plus;
● Collaboration is key in this department, providing excellent internal and external communications and rapport building skills;
● Possess a can-do attitude and is focused on creating solutions.

● Salary 20-22k depending on experience.

REPORTING
You will report to Hayley Urquhart, Brand Experience Manager, and work on tasks and projects with key individuals across the wider Sales & Marketing team.
LOCATION
You will work from our Edinburgh office at 107 Constitution Street, Edinburgh, EH6 7AE or remotely. We operate a hybrid working policy, but you will be required to work from the office approximately 3 - 4 days a week with core office days being Thursdays.
There will be occasions when you are required to travel to our other offices in Manchester and London, or to events we are hosting or being hosted at. Expenses will be provided for all travel.
