Brief:
Space NK wanted to bring to life their brand campaign ‘Your Beauty Space’ via a pop-up. Increasing brand awareness and recruitment of a younger beauty/fashion engaged audience was also key.
Solution:
‘My Beauty Space’ highlighted how beauty is individual for everyone and although each ‘Beauty Space’ may look different, there’s commonality in self-care. Visitors could curate their ultimate beauty shelfies, immerse themselves in their own limitless Beauty Space in the infinity room, and get bespoke product recommendations (samples) from Space NK beauty advisors based on their individual skincare needs.
East London’s Old Spitalfields Market was chosen as it is the UK's #1 ‘hot spot’ for a young beauty engaged audience.
Results:
• 1,200 face-to-face consultations over 3-days
• 500 opt-in sign-ups (42% of footfall)
• 400 loyalty programme sign-ups (33% of footfall)
• 3.5m influencer reach: Tik Tok 459k views & 43.2k likes / IG Reels: 82k views
