Rituals wanted an immersive retail experience to Celebrate New Beginnings at Springtime with their The Ritual of Sakura Collection.
Solution:
A 2-day pop-up in London’s Covent Garden gave consumers the chance to journey through a landscape of wooden Sakura trees – watching them come to life with the fleeting beauty of falling cherry blossoms through the wonders of AR. They saw haikus animate into cherry blossoms, took Sakura selfies, discovered the story behind the collection and caught golden blossoms for the chance to win prizes. Beyond the forest, a beautiful highly sustainable retail space was created from folded paper furniture and wood. Consumers enjoyed hand massages as well as an exclusive tote bag iffered as a GWP.
Results:

• 73% of guests interacted with the AR for an average of 4m 45s
