In the competitive airline industry, the moment of truth is
inside the airports. So, in order to improve the
relationship between the airline and its customers we
launched the TAM Museum on a Trolley campaign. With
the goal of promoting one of the company's most lovely
assets, an aviation museum that is yet little known, we
completely redesigned the trolleys at Brazil's five largest
airports, transforming them into replicas of aircraft in
exhibit at the museum. The fleet was made available at
the airline's boarding terminals so that passengers could
'pilot', take pictures and most importantly, learn about
the fascinating history of aviation.
