Omroep Zwart - Stories of Abundance

​Keti Koti takes place every year on 1 July, referring to 1 July 1863, the day the Netherlands abolished slavery in the colonies. It is a commemoration as well as a celebration that takes place in various places in the Netherlands, Suriname, and the former Dutch colonies in the Caribbean.
