Under Armour - Protect This House

'Protect This House' is the story of a beleaguered football team facing a loss at half-time during an important final. The film charts the mental test that must be overcome to win, driven by visceral sound. The film coalesces around Under Armour's age-old mantra, 'Protect This House' at all costs.

The Sound
I composed the music score and the sound design in parallel, bedding the guttural chants into the fabric of the score. The frustrated locker impacts in the opening scene formed the rhythmic backbone of the soundtrack. I wanted to capture the intimacy of training alongside the captains adrenaline-pumping pre-match speech.
