Susanne is an advertising psychologist. She started her career after studying advertising & psychology. She has worked in all major advertising agencies in Germany from Scholz & Friends, JungvonMatt to DDB. This year she switched to Media.Monks because their approach is to be able to offer data and tech in addition to creation and production. She thinks Germany needs a new kind of advertising to be up to speed for the future.
Charlotte is responsible for shaping the day-to-day operations of the agency to meet its creative ambitions and developing its ‘Walk through walls’ culture.
Formerly a managing partner at adam&eveDDB, she led the Lloyds Banking Group account, helping grow the business from a single brand client to a multi-brand portfolio. Charlotte, spent seven years at adam&eveDDB in which time it was Campaign Agency of the Decade, working with clients such as Lucozade, Miller Genuine Draft, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and as Head of Account Management. She was also workstream lead for the Unstereotype Alliance UK Chapter, as part of the Agency’s membership
Patritia has joined Accenture Song in February 2023 as CEO and Managing Director. She has worked in the advertising and communications industry for more than 25 years and had served on the board of directors in the creative industry since 2013. In addition to her daily work, Patritia is a board member of VNO-NCW Metropool Amsterdam, board member of the Red Cross Amsterdam-Amstelland, member of the Effie Steering Committee, jury member Eurobest Awards and jury member of Coolest Dutch Brands.
Named for Frances Gerety, the copywriter who in 1948 coined the slogan "A diamond is forever”.
