The Art Dispute - Trailer
Learning from history has never been more relevant than today. Volstok created an animation for the NPO documentary “The Art Dispute”. The documentary sets out to trace the origins of historical works of art that somehow ended up in European museums. It’s blatantly obvious that it wasn’t by accident, but that they were clearly plundered in colonial times. This documentary series by Hazazah opens up the dispute and has a contemporary conversation about historical context and culture.
