​The new McCrispy® from McDonald's has arrived and it’s here to stay! It’s been great to help launch this to all the chicken lovers out there through our latest innovative email. 

​We used interactive hotspots to display information about ingredients, so customers can dig into what makes up a McCrispy®. Tap a plus sign within the email to reveal more about the Sourdough style bun, Black pepper mayo, Crispy coating, 100% chicken breast fillet or Iceberg lettuce.

​On top of being fun for users, tracking these interactions helps us review how the dynamic content performs so we can ensure the email delivers.
