The new McCrispy® from McDonald's has arrived and it’s here to stay! It’s been great to help launch this to all the chicken lovers out there through our latest innovative email.
We used interactive hotspots to display information about ingredients, so customers can dig into what makes up a McCrispy®. Tap a plus sign within the email to reveal more about the Sourdough style bun, Black pepper mayo, Crispy coating, 100% chicken breast fillet or Iceberg lettuce.
On top of being fun for users, tracking these interactions helps us review how the dynamic content performs so we can ensure the email delivers.
