Launching a new office platform for Facebook globally

Challenge: In the height of the 2020 pandemic Facebook asked us to launch ‘Workplace from Facebook’ - their all in one digital workplace for businesses, taking on the big rivals - from apps, to tools and suites - in the category. It couldn’t have come at a more pivotal moment for all our working lives.

Solution: Rather than inundate our audience with feature lists and explainers like the competition, we wanted to tap into the collective emotion that they (and we) were feeling, as the lines blurred between offices and homes. ‘Welcome to my new office’ told the story of that moment: a global workforce that was adjusting, but still succeeding, thanks to Workplace from Facebook.

Outcome: A successful launch across multiple platforms that captured the moment perfectly.​
