CRATER Directors Goshdamn Duo directed the latest Greenpeace 'Big Plastic Count' in the UK with Enviral Agency.
The plastic problem is out of control and although we’re all doing our bit, we need the government to step up and make changes.
Right now, nobody’s counting how much plastic we’re really having to throw away, and we think it’s more than anyone realises.
We don’t think recycling alone can solve the plastic problem. But we need to prove it if we’re going to convince the government, big brands and supermarkets to take the bold action we need to truly tackle the crisis.
The aim of the campaign is to reduce single use plastic in the UK by 50%. We’re encouraging everyone who can to join the count, submit your results and show the government how much plastic we really throw out and recycle every week.
