NJM, a mid-sized, regional insurance company wanted to grow, but needed to break through the crowded landscape of larger competitors. Rather than compete for attention with the standard gimmicks, we went in the opposite direction and redefined NJM to stand for No Jingles or Mascots. The work shows how other insurance companies were talking about anything and everything except what was important. A great insurance experience.
