Here at Film Locker we've been servicing the advertising and broadcast industries with low carbon digital film data storage and management for nearly ten years. We aim to keep long term, rarely accessed rushes off servers and single use hard drives and store them safely on twin, co-located LTOs.

Each year we provide our clients with a digital data carbon report to add to their ESG, B-Corp, ISO14001 or other departmental environment reporting structure. 

Annually we tot up all the data under our remit and provide a simple report which shows how much CO2e's we've collectively saved the planet. This year has been the biggest ever as production is striving to really look at each and every production from start to finish and ensure that the impact on the planet is as minimal as possible. 

We convert the figures into tangible data sets, which show how many flights saved, or houses heated etc. 2020 was a great year, lets hope we can make 2021 even better!
