Sleep is a vital part of our existence. Without it, we would cease to function. After a long and tiring day, there’s only one thing you truly long for: your mattress. In its debut campaign Emma Motion, Europe’s first smart bed, demonstrates how its features do all the hard work for you at night. Thanks to its innovative and propriety technology Emma Motion adjusts to all your movements, so every night of sleep is personalized. After all, a good snooze is a great cure.

We choose a ‘show, not tell’ approach to bring out the Motion’s superiority and features. We did this by using vibrant projections over a revolving mattress as the night progresses. The perfect combination of art and tech.

Speaking on the launch campaign, Manuel Mueller, CEO, and co-founder of Emma - The Sleep Company said “With the launch of our smart mattress Emma Motion, we are not only changing but revolutionizing the way people sleep. We made sure to keep that same level of innovation in mind when conceiving the launch. This has resulted in a campaign that pushes the boundaries of creativity in the ‘sleep’ category. A particularly remarkable feat given it was fully executed during these challenging COVID times.”

Sleepless nights in COVID times

2020 had barely begun and not only did we win the pitch in January but also got hit with the biggest surprise of the year: COVID. Not knowing what the future would hold, an integrated campaign was devised through two lockdowns. This included 3D modeling, photo and video shoot, retail assets, and an immersive launch website. It took a great amount of agility, quick thinking, and speed to make the whole production a roaring success.

“The Emma Motion launch campaign is the perfect example of collaboration in the time of COVID. Despite the shoot being of such a technical nature, it went off without a glitch. That’s only possible when the entire team is on the same wavelength, even if they aren’t in the same room.” said Victor Farias, Senior Art Director at Superheroes.
