How do you like your music in the morning?

With a coffee? We certainly do.

For Nespresso’s Master Origins film, we were tasked to compose an emotive and uplifting soundtrack with a distinct world influence.

The greatest challenge was to find that perfect mix of world music and contemporary production without being too identifiable with one particular culture, since the coffee range has origins in multiple regions.

To overcome this, we used a careful blend of instrumentation from different parts of the world to give a balanced world sound. This, in combination with subtle western touches, gave the desired brew.
