Audi - Audi e-tron Easy Guide
To help familiarise new owners of an Audi e-tron with the intelligent features and innovative technologies of their new electric car, we were briefed by CRM agency Proximity to create an exclusively video-based, Audi e-tron owners’ manual to live on Audi’s digital channels.
Made up of a series of 18 episodes, the Audi e-tron Easy Guide introduces new owners to every aspect of their car through introductory walk-arounds and step-by-step demonstrations. Films include ‘An introduction to EV charging’ and ‘Setting up myAudi app’, as well as an in-depth tour of the Audi virtual cockpit and touch-screen display which controls everything in the car from the infotainment and navigation controls through to the comfort features and climate control systems.
All episodes in the series are hosted on Audi’s YouTube channel and being delivered to Audi e-tron owners as part of a wider eCRM programme developed by Proximity.
