To launch their latest toy, the hideously adorable Fugglers, Spin Master wanted a virtual reality (VR) experience giving new Fuggler adopters the chance to explore what it would be like to live with the mischievous creatures.
Current created eight unique 3D models of the Fugglers and an animated household environment for users to explore and save from destruction of the Fugglers. Users could grab real world objects like a feather fan, water gun, and T-Rex grabbing stick that would interact with the virtual experience in coordination with their movements to distract or combat the little beasts as they invaded their home.
The campaign also included Snap AR lenses and live-action + CG clips of the Fugglers causing havoc in their owners lives.
This project was produced for Spin Master by Current Studios.
