BRIEF

Build brand awareness and assist explora in growing their business through a new content communications strategy.

OBJECTIVES

  • Position explora as the global authority in exploration travel
  • Create compelling content for each stage of the customer journey to drive engagement
  • Create a sense of community for the explora traveler

STRATEGY

With the goal of positioning explora as a destination in itself, we created content to spark curiosity and inspire their audience to explore new destinations. The explora content program was also designed to provide its audience with a sense of community and belonging.

Content was published on explora.com and shared through email, newsletters and social media, organic and paid.

RESULTS

The first social media campaign for explora generated 46.35% more impressions, 426% more video views and a 243% increase in website traffic than initially estimated (based on industry averages). These results exceeded overall KPIs by 426%.
