The British Damage Management Association (BDMA) needed to enhance its profile and increase awareness to be further identified as a thought leader. The BDMA has historically been recognised for its work with the damage management sector, but it wanted to demonstrate that its expertise made it a credible thought leader for the wider insurance industry too. The BDMA is identified for setting industry training standards, which needed to be brought further to life to drive training registrants and increase paid memberships.
