THE CHALLENGE - Revamp & launch an eCommerce solution across APAC for Pandora.
Pandora is a Global Jewellery brand that designs, manufactures and markets charm bracelets, rings, necklaces and more in over 100 countries through approximately 7,900 points of sale. They were looking for a digital marketing partner who could provide a solution, technical advice and localisation to help the brand expand across APAC, beginning with the Japanese market.
THE SOLUTION - We delivered a world-leading solution bespoke to market needs.
With country specifics for APAC markets taken into account, Isobar Commerce initially implemented a Magento eCommerce platform in Japan and a Salesforce Commerce Cloud eCommerce platform in each of the China, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Australia markets.
Specific features and third-party implementations include Apple pay, WeChat pay, Alipay, UnionPay, qubit, Bazzarvoice, and integration with Pandora’s local order management systems. Isobar Commerce is now looking to migrate Pandora’s current eCommerce platform in Japan to Salesforce Commerce Cloud as well.
