In 2019, we were hired to help Quest Diagnostics scale its nascent DTC channel. Little did we know, a pandemic was coming that would push our performance marketing skills to the limit. After building critical data, CXM and measurement infrastructure, we quickly accelerated growth by eliminating media waste and expanding our efforts across the enterprise—managing 60 digital campaigns for 50 unique clients across nine franchises. Within three years, Quest’s DTC channel had grown 14X to $70MM.
