We launched Starling in late 2021, with optimism, energy and a small blue notebook. Since then our feet haven’t touched the ground. Which is just the way we like it.

As a production company we are committed to making beautiful work and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. But Starling is not just about the end product. It is about a creative and collaborative journey. We support and nurture our talent. We have faith in the people we work with.
