Priceless.com is Mastercard’s consumer-facing website that drives engagement, spending and loyalty by giving cardholders access to exclusive offers and ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ experiences. Mastercard approached big group to seek and manage the partnerships to populate the priceless platform with UK-based experiences and bring people closer to ‘what matters most’ to them.
To bring cardholders closer to ‘what matters most’ to them we identified, negotiated, and curated an exclusive mix of experiences and offers that would ignite their passions. These were then amplified via an advanced CRM programme, organic and paid social, digital banners, and through partner and issuer channels. Over more than 10 years of working on the platform, big group has sourced and managed thousands of experiences across various events, partners, and sponsorships.
Recently, we’ve pivoted towards a tiered approach, offering iconic experiences in London such as VIP access to the View from The Shard, Warner Bros. Studio Tour, West End theatre experiences, priority access to The BRIT Awards, and the Olivier Awards, and unique culinary experiences.
The platform now gives 140+ countries access to experiences across 37 destinations world-wide, as we continue to provide Mastercard and priceless.com with logistical, operational, and administrative support to ensure that the programme stays relevant, and further entrench its status as a key differentiator for both consumers and issuers.
