To highlight Aperol Spritz’s positioning as ‘the first drink of the evening’, we created a new brand platform ‘It Starts With Aperol Spritz’ and launched a series of activities throughout 2015.
A digital outdoor campaign lit up the UK’s streets and turned London and Manchester orange. Messaging brightened up commuters’ days by tapping into the mindset of our audience.
Daily refreshed messages highlighted the emotional connection that we all have with different days of the week.
The campaign included social posts and targeted digital and mobile ads that drove people to experiential events and on-trade. With a modest media budget, the campaign saw a sharp increase in brand awareness and recognition.
