Raised by diplomat parents, Isa grew up in Colombia, Austria, Belgium, Mexico, Germany, France, and Egypt. This international perspective enriches her work, infusing it with a deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions and the universal language of food.
She is deeply inspired by the power of food to heal human relationships with the environment, and studied biology at the University of Pennsylvania to deepen her understanding of these dynamics.
