This cheeky new Aldi spot directed by Declan Lowney sees a Mum surf down the stairs on a tray with cups of tea in hand, perform a side kick on the corner and finish with a crash in front of her daughter.
“That’s amazing’ says her daughter. “ I know” says Mum " Aldi is half the price of the big supermarkets!”
This is part of the Aldi 'Amazing’ Campaign for Mccann Manchester, Declan also shot the previous fun ad ‘Farmers’ which sees an old Farmer perform gymnastics on a gate.

Along with his advertising awards, as a top television comedy Director, Lowney has won two BAFTAs for ‘Help' and 'Father Ted', International Emmys for 'Little Britain’ & 'Moone Boy' and British Comedy Awards for 'Father Ted', 'Little Britain', 'Help' and ‘Happiness’.
