The emPOWER Breakfast is a monthly networking event with a difference.

The launch, announced on International Women's Day 2024, saw The emPOWER Breakfast empowering a community of women in the advertising, media and communications industry.

The events, showcasing talented individuals from our community in conversation with emPOWER founder Athene Parker, celebrate and applaud those who aren’t afraid to share the battle scars of the various personal challenges they have experienced. Offering insights, learning, inspiration and practical advice these talks have seen the audience leave energised and motivated at a time when we need more of that!

Each of the Women’s talks have been hosted at sponsors Framestore and Company 3’s Chancery Lane site in London.

The list of speakers is joyous! The talks get to the heart of each subject, offering insight and a space to connect in a meaningful way building empathy and creating change on a micro level.

The emPOWER Breakfast is an agent for change inviting high level professionals who may gain an insight to then takeaway and feedback into the working cogs of their companies.

The growing alumni will work towards mentoring women in our industry through support in shared experience…. the aim…? To create a more supportive and inclusive working experience giving people the tools to self care and actively engage with colleagues around topics that may traditionally have been avoided.

In 2025 the line up includes speakers for the launch of the emPOWER Men series. Creating a mainstream conversation around Men’s emotional empowerment.
