How we grew DHL eCommerce’s TikTok account from 700K to 1 million followers, making them the largest logistics company on the platform, overtaking the likes of Amazon.
DHL eCommerce came to us with their strategic goal to become the largest international logistics account on TikTok, but with the need to ensure their top 10 follower countries were those that they operated in. What they needed from us – insight, speed, and ongoing consultancy.
We completed a full audit of their current TikTok performance focusing on trend lines and patterns for growth, engagement and visibility, as well as an in-depth audience analysis that sparked solutions for market splits and targeting, resulting in a paid approach that meant Project 1 Million was not only do-able, but do-able ahead of the deadline.
We held a solution-oriented discovery session with all stakeholders, culminating in a strategic and phased paid social action plan. We then began our evolved TikTok approach by first launching a micro test, allowing us to decipher the best combo of videos and markets, before going live with our main Project 1 Million activity. With flexibility and adaptability at the core of our paid strategy, we completed Project 1 Million five weeks ahead of schedule.
