Bacardi - Each and Every Cocktail is a Story
The strange and twisted world of comics about alcohol.
To promote the Bacardi family of spirits to a younger audience, we created a series of comics that explore the mostly-accurate origins of six of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
Written to be sort of “pop culture legends,” each strip stars a quintessential legend of pop culture in the fantastic (but actually true) stories that gave birth to the Mojito, the Gin and Tonic, the L’espresso Martini, the Spritz, the Highball and the Daiquiri, as well as how Bacardi liquors can be used to make each delicious one.
A very special cheers to legendary comic illustrator Kongkee, for bringing this very first piece of work from Mother Shanghai to beautifully-drawn life.
