How do you get chefs to try Kraft Deluxe Mayo when they work 12+ hours a day and are too busy for samples?
After cooking for others all day, chefs are too exhausted to cook for themselves. So, we turned the tables and created the first restaurant to only serve other restaurants, with a menu that showcased the quality of Kraft Deluxe Mayo. We opened when other restaurants closed, delivering free post-shift meals directly to NYC chefs, through their back alley entrances.
