To generate buzz for the highly anticipated sequel of the Beetlejuice film, we worked with Warner Brothers, Pinterest, and Hearts and Science to develop a demonic Pin Extension. Fans were able to explore both the Living World and the Afterlife within a single pin. Entering the Living world is as easy as clicking a button but entering the Afterlife requires saying his name three times.

The voice activation feature for entering the Afterlife was a distinctive and essential aspect of this Pin Extension. No need for the Handbook for The Recently Deceased. All that's needed to enter the Afterlife is to say Beetlejuice three times in a row. After saying the magic words, be prepared to be transported to the Afterlife through clips from the film before arriving at your destination. Audio prompts, ambient background music, and animated elements were incorporated to pay homage to the legendary film.

To bring these two worlds to life, we developed the UX and UI designs and the entire microsite (Pin Extension). We built this for primarily the U.S. market but also localized for 11 other countries -  UK, AUS, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan.
