As a global insurer and Olympic sponsor, Allianz asked us to devise a social
campaign to connect with GenZ Olympic fans and communicate the
importance of preparation for Olympic athletes, ahead of Paris 2024.
Our research found that there was a lot of preparation content on social, but
that it was very predictable, and predominantly focussed on the daily grind of
preparation. Amongst endless videos of squats and meal prep, our creative
challenge was to show a different, more emotive and positive side to
preparation.
Spending hours, days, weeks and years preparing for a single moment,
Olympic athletes know that finding joy in the day to day preparation is key to
achieving success. Small Wins is a social-first campaign that provides a
distinct and new angle on preparation for Gen Zers. Our campaign offers
insight into the power of celebrating the joy in small wins, and how it helps
athletes prepare for the best.
We created a range of vertical storytelling formats that provided both
edutainment for TikTok as well as deeper dive inspirational for Instagram. We
leaned into audience participation on IG quizzes to answer the most burning
questions Gen Zers had about how to prepare to be their own best.
Working with 6 Olympic athletes across the globe, we produced, edited and
delivered over 100 bespoke assets across a 6 month production window.
