More recently he was recruited by Toyota for their Prius campaign, featuring Leonardo Di Caprio in Japan.

Andy has constantly diversified as a director turning his hand from features to ‘live shows’ as well as ‘Event cinema’ This has included directing ‘live satellite broadcasts’ for the English National Opera live from the Coliseum into over 400 cinema screens globally; he has also shot a ground-breaking 3D concert film for JLS from the O2 and filmed George Michael’s last ever concert, ‘Symphonica’, at the Garnier Opera House in Paris.

More recently he directed his own co-penned movie ‘Boogie Man’ about a 18yr old British Indian boy obsessed with Saturday Night Fever and the 70’s disco culture. Combining this with a Bollywood approach, the film went on to win or feature in over seventy global film festivals and is currently available on various digital streaming platforms including Amazon Prime and Sky Movies.

Future work includes:

A new European heist movie called ‘Exit’ starring Mark Strong and Olga Kurylenko, which is about to start pre-production.

‘Wild Boys’, A film written by Piers Ashworth about the early days of music videos in the 80’s. A world Andy is very familiar with given his history and legacy. ‘The Killing Road’, a TV drama based on the illegal ivory trade that extends from Africa into South East Asia. ‘Showtime’, a film starring Aston Merrygold set in the future where music and dance has been banned and driven underground. ‘Toilers of the Sea’, based on the Victor Hugo novel of the same name and ‘Dai of the Dead’ a hard rock driven Welsh Zombie movie, that is an amusing original take on the genre.
