The famous Irish poet William Butler Yeats may have been born in Dublin, but it is said his heart belonged to Sligo in the west of Ireland. “Yeats Country”, as it’s known, is an area on the Wild Atlantic Way which has become the home of many writers and poets who have been captivated by the area’s natural beauty. Huskies produced this video alongside Fáilte Ireland to portray the beauty of the lands which inspired many of Yeats’ most famous works.
