Hubbl liberates people from the frustration of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment, as well as live TV, into the world’s best user interface.
Amplify was tasked with activating a show-stopping Hubbl launch event for 300+ industry and influencer guests in Sydney. Guests included C-Suite in the media, entertainment and streaming world, sporting codes, advertisers, retailers, high-profile sport and entertainment talent and influencers, tech partners, key ministers and government representatives.
The objectives were to create impact, excite executives and generate mass buzz that drives product registration.
Delivered via a world-leading entertainment operating system, Hubbl is accessed either using Hubbl Glass - a world-class TV with Hubbl built-in or through a small device that plugs into any compatible TV.
For this moment, the venue was everything. A TV viewing revolution deserved an iconic, fresh Sydney location that hadn’t been used by a brand before.
Our approach was to plug Hubbl into one of the most epic screens in one of the most beautiful locations with the most iconic backdrop in Australia.
For one night only, Hubbl took over “the world’s most beautiful cinema”, the OpenAir Cinema in Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens.
The newly unveiled Hubbl brand was brought to life with a premium aesthetic across multiple spaces at the venue, from the giant archway entrance to the beautiful marquee and, most importantly, an epic stage in front of the spectacular 350-square-metre screen that rises from the waters of the harbour.
Hosted by dynamic Aussie duo Hubbl (Hamish) and Andy, the launch show included a breathtaking sunset performance from Papua New Guinea-born Australian based singer-songwriter Ngaiire, a rousing introduction to the Hubbl brand from CEO Patrick Delany and a deep dive and live demonstration of the Hubbl interface by Hubbl Head of Product Fraser Stirling. There were even a few entertainment celebrity cameos from talent spanning the full Hubbl offering.
Following the show, guests made their way to the marquee to explore the product range and dance the night away to the sounds of creator and DJ Yemi Sul.
