Challenge

To help ITV strategize and elevate their much-anticipated annual event, ITV Palooza, in the iconic Theatre Royal Drury Lane.


Solution

Split into three stages – the red carpet, main show and afterparty, our team worked hard to elevate the output of the event as well as seamlessly manage logistics. 

We collaborated with a team of specialists to manage the red carpet experience for 1,200 VIP guests, executing all elements including traffic management and media relations, flawlessly.

For the main show, we worked alongside the corporate ITV team and a show director to expertly run the show with 6 speakers and 3 performances across a 60-minute show. 

For the after-party, we designed multiple cultural experiences based on key shows to create a playful explorable party space. Guests were invited to step inside the TV screen for the night to experience the iconic Love Island terrace, record their own Big Brother content and experience a Britain’s Got Talent golden buzzer moment – all whilst enjoying Mamma Mia and Saturday Night Takeaway themed food stations.
