We helped The Kraken unleash its latest dark and disruptive flavour extension, Black Cherry & Madagascan Vanilla, with an unholy new campaign that creates excitement, recruits new drinkers and reinforces the brand’s positioning as anti-mainstream and non-conformist.

The campaign centres around the legendary maelstrom, an ocean whirlpool so big it can swallow ships whole, never to be seen again. The whirlpool is the perfect dark and disruptive analogy for the refreshing fusion of flavours in The Kraken Black Cherry & Madagascan Vanilla, which swirls with exotic flavours.

The campaign was used in all channels, from social to shopper, and helped The Kraken rise head and tentacles above its competitors.
