Responding to the market dynamics, CHS collaborated closely with Petplan to introduce the innovative 'Petplan Puppy Hub.' Housed on a bespoke landing page on the Petplan site, this hub carefully curated key topics around new puppy ownership.
It emerged as the vessel for Petplan's value proposition, delivering insightful training and behavioural content in a digestible manner, meticulously structured around the stages of the pet parenthood journey.
Acknowledging the need for a strong brand presence at the onset of the pet journey, the Puppy Hub welcomed newcomers with open arms, offering a free-access resource. This not only nurtured acquisition but also nudged visitors seamlessly into the conversion funnel, guiding them towards a quote or purchase.
In addition to supplementing the landing page, CHS took charge of a nuanced Meta and TikTok campaign. This consideration-led approach added depth to Petplan's outreach, ensuring their brand remained top-of-mind in the competitive pet insurance landscape.
