Albion was briefed to drive reappraisal of Zoopla via a stand-out integrated campaign.
We know that finding one's perfect home requires more than just a location or price. Zoopla has data on every home in the UK (28,668,138 and counting) and with their smart filters, keyword search, local info and SmartMaps, it’s easy to find exactly what you want.
In this campaign we demonstrate the scale, depth and power of Zoopla's search by presenting a selection of numerical property facts, which are contrasted by an intriguing and nuanced subset of data. This approach highlights how Zoopla is the expert property portal to use when looking for a home.
We evolved Zoopla's visual style using illustration to bring our two related facts together with strong positive / negative relationships. Working with illustrator Noma Bar, we created ideas-led imagery with a clever duality to them, warranting a second look.
The campaign is live across outdoor media (6$s, 12$s, 48$s, New Buses for London), press and radio.
