Aztec - The Art Of The Alternative

Client challenge:

The AZTEC Group approached big group to produce an event to mark the company’s 21st anniversary, catering to over 300 clients. The client wanted a complete look & feel themed event, including interactive workshops, dinner and after party.

A big solution:

We produced and manged three data-themed workshops parodying legendary TV game shows such as Countdown, Room 101 and Question Time, with thought leadership sessions focusing on the future of technology.

big group sourced the venue that needed to be tailored for our client’s needs. On top of this not only did we designed overall the look and feel, but we also implemented everything from an events point of view and sourced not only one after party, but two!

The results:

The first event of its kind for Aztec. Ten keynote speakers moved across four rooms in a multi-story venue, creating a fun and engaging event.
