William Frank

William is the Founder and MD of XYLO Worldwide. He runs a multi-disciplined boutique creative and production studio and proudly embraces his non-conventional start to his career.

He did not through the traditional marcomms system working for advertising agencies et al; He went to promoter school, designing flyers and marketing material for a nightclubs, promoters and leisure operators. There he learnt how to accurately market to the consumer, how to create excitement on double sided 350gm flyer and get the consumer to upgrade their tastes and expectations in the partying eco-system.

20 years later, he’s created visual work for some of the biggest household names in the country, as well as start-ups and organisations across music, fashion, entertainment, sports, public sector and charities that all focus on using visual communications to create social and cultural progression. In a nutshell, his mantra to “keep it moving”.

He is a self-taught creative: He personally covers and overseas the production of content as a PreEdiTor (Producer, Editor, Director), motion graphics, music supervision, branding creation, strategy and other digital outputs.

What also makes Will unique is his constant connections and understanding of people in different social circles on the street level. From Dalston to Dover, from Kingston to Kirkby Lonsdale, from Heywood to Hallerton, he has access and rapport with people behind the scenes, and with communities that are often overlooked or just straight out ignored. It is this additional skill he has to inform his work to become more personable than others.

Clients and collaborators will always contact him when they in need something different and rely on his unique vision to deliver work that will always stand out from other cut and paste  formats.

Will is currently based between London and Leicester with his partner in crime and their daughter.
