After 23 years in adland working for the biggest international networks - Grey, McCann and Publicis on brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, Kinder, Orange, Nestle, Renault, Carrefour, just to mention the most prominent ones, I'm still an ad nerd in love with the business. I started planning in my 20's and ever since I covered basically all roles from strategic planner@McCann to CSO @Publicis, regionally and globally where according to Effie Index I led one of the best strategy teams in Europe, ranked 6th in June 2024.

I see advertising as a platform that helps brands have a better relationship with the world. Few brands actually had the courage to do just that and together we transformed the business, winning all kinds of industry accolades from Euro Effies to Gold Cannes Lion or D&AD White Pencil. 

4 years ago, I decided to venture into independent work and founded Punk Studio, a hot creative shop specialised in communication and advertising for the health sector. It was designed to serve the biggest private healthcare network in Romania - Regina Maria - a brand that is not only best performing in the market but is consistently doing great work, winning in Cannes in the past and being shortlisted this year once again. 

Due to Punk which proved to be a success, in 2023 I founded Better together with Ana Chreih, my life-long client lead partner.

Better is a strategy led creative shop aimed to help brands have a better relationship with the world. Better is breaking the standard agency model, combining the power of strategy with the freedom to access Cannes winning creative talent from all over the world in order to solve real problems that brands face.
