Catherine Morgan

As the Managing Director of Ocean Labs across Ocean Group, I deliver award-winning innovative campaigns, from conceptual ideation to managing final execution delivery. Managing the team across 5 countries. Working across a variety of interfaces from multi-sensory customisations and cutting edge technology, to sponsored fan zone events in the real world and the Metaverse.

Prior to running the Labs team, my background was in media sales, leading teams working across key media agencies and specialists to create collaborative solutions to optimise brand cut through at Ocean and Eye (now Global). My previous experience includes working full-service agency side and managing a studio, ensuring I understand the balance between creativity and commercialisation.

I am proud to be a member of Bloom, a network for women in communications offering mentoring to junior women in the industry. I am also a support of Women for Women International, helping fund education for women in Afghanistan
