Fayçal Hajji was born an entrepreneur and became an experienced producer.
His secret? According to him, there is none. Starting from the bottom helped him quite much by
learning the business fundamentals and get a sense of humanity. Following his passion by doing
what he loves and loving what he does, curiosity and humbleness, risk taking and being determined to achieve greatness at any cost is the key.
During his 12 years in the business, Fayçal won Best Young entrepreneur award by SAJE and PME
MTL in 2011, a year after the launch of FH Studio. He was also nominated in 2018 as entrepreneur of the year by Ernst and Young. A crucial year for Fayçal as he took the business to new heights and by positioning it as a major player as well as a renowned celebrity studio. Fayçal has produced & created nationally & internationally acclaimed content and commercials in different formats for customers such as: The Canadian Forces, Bombardier commercial and Business aircrafts, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, 3M Canada & US, BRP, McDonald’s, RTE France, GQ NYC, The Wrap L.A, Star Alliance, Keurig, Toyota, which also led the studio to win several prestigious awards and honors such as Cannes Lions, One club D&AD pencils, Applied Art Magazine Communication arts, LUX by Infopress, Awwwards among others.
After the launch and the great success of his new offices and model as a Production company
and film studios in February 2018, and the positive impact it generated, Fayçal needed a new
challenge that could redefine the game by challenging the Status Quo our industry has been
trapped in, into a more innovative and future proof model. A project that took him and his
team almost 19 month to come up with.
