YouTube and HXOUSE’s CNCPT's campaign will be popping up this fall in Montreal to provide on-the-ground support for emerging Quebecois creators. This announcement reflects the growing need for tailored programs that support creatives in building sustainable businesses.
The CNCPT program, launched in 2022, provides resources, education, and support for the next generation of Canadian creators. Through year-round networking and knowledge-sharing sessions, access to experts, and the Accelerator intensive, the inclusive and collaborative learning environment directly helps creators build their digital careers and take their businesses to the next level. The Quebec pop-up will offer French programming, and tailored made content based on feedback from the local creator community.
As part of this, YouTube is also at Montreal’s Mural Festival this week to showcase and profile the talent of the Quebec creator community. From creator merch markets to meet and greets, YouTube will provide creators with unique opportunities to connect with their communities and tell their stories. The pop up will be accompanied by a dynamic mural by pop artist Melissa Falconer, a recent graduate of CNCPT’s Accelerator Program.
