You Are Here Signs Anders Hallberg

Following their recent YDA win with new signing TwinTaoers, You Are Here strengthens its roster again with the procurement of Anders Hallberg.

Born in Lund, Sweden, Hallberg spent his early years being raised on a Swedish hippie commune. He began his immersion in the world of film when he was only 18 years old; shooting music videos for Europe’s underground bands and developing a craftsmanship which was underpinned by a strong human understanding and an ability to weave sharp, touching stories.

This experience proved to be the springboard for a sparkling career; one in which Anders’ understanding of production lent him the ability to solve any technical challenge; making visually beautiful work whilst always striving to break new ground.

Anders’ style has been shaped, in part, by his extensive experience in the glossy world of fashion filmmaking and photography and, as such, his treatment of beauty and lifestyle is delicate and distinct.

His direction has been praised by some the biggest names in the business, with Kate Moss, Dustin Hoffman, Dita Von Teese & Common among his plaudits.

Anders has worked on a huge array of major commercials over a career decorated with award recognition and acclaim.

His work ranges from the epic to the intimate; from his latest, beautifully-polished Range Rover commercial; to his work for SJ Railways (which drew acclaim for combatting transphobia and ableism).
