It might be a cuppa everywhere else, but in Yorkshire, UK, it’s a brew.
And while Alpro’s new My Cuppa product might be the perfect plant-based solution for everyone else, its name won’t fly in 'God’s Own County'.
The brand recently declared in a social campaign that when it came to this new plant-based drink made especially for brews, Yorkshire Tea loved everything but the name.
Now the brand, with creative agency Lucky Generals, has made its stance even clearer by graffitiing Alpro’s new My Cuppa billboards in Sheffield. The label My Cuppa has been corrected to say My Brew, flying the flag for brew lovers everywhere and letting Alpro know it’s just not a cuppa.
