Now at Woodblock, Kai’s efforts will be focused on business development and commercial partnerships, further developing the Woodblock brand and accelerating IP business.
Kai Fischer comments: “I was drawn in by Woodblock’s raw creative talent, executional excellence and company culture that’s second to none. Impact and business-wise, I’d say that the sky’s the limit for the Woodblock family - and I really want to help write the next chapter of their success story. I’m particularly excited to collaborate creatively with people on all levels and from various businesses and backgrounds. Furthermore, I’m really looking forward to helping Woodblock grow and tell great stories with amazing partners that have world-changing impact.”
Ilija Brunck, MD and executive producer at Woodblock, adds: “We have big and ambitious plans for our studio and with Kai we found the perfect fit to help us turn them into reality. Kai is highly knowledgeable, incredibly well-connected, full of positive energy and a true teamplayer. Together we will work on building long-lasting and impactful direct-to-brand relationships, positioning our studio as a leader in content production for the NFT and web3 Space, and ultimately turn Woodblock into the entertainment powerhouse we always envisioned it to be.”
