Wavemaker US Appoints Kaya Heitman as Head of Marketing and Communications

Wavemaker has appointed Kaya Heitman as head of marketing and communications US, effective immediately. Kaya will lead the US team responsible for communicating Wavemaker’s brand story and championing the next chapter of the agency’s growth through internal and external communication and marketing initiatives. Kaya will report to Wavemaker US CEO, Amanda Richman. 

Kaya Heitman (née Lobaczewski) brings extensive experience to Wavemaker, having led communications at Horizon Media as vice president, communications. Kaya joins Wavemaker from communications and advisory services firm, Daddi Brand Communications (DBC), where she led the external public relations and growth consulting as a senior vice president. Earlier in her career, Kaya spent 10-years at DDB Group where she quickly rose through the organisation and held a number of positions – spanning communications, strategy, digital marketing and global programs.
