In this newly created position, Young will be responsible for developing insight-based strategies and communications plans that enable brands to engage with their consumers in unconventional ways.

With over 15 years of experience at leading media agencies in the US and UK, Young most recently served as Managing Partner and Group Communications Director at Mindshare in New York, where she helped to create successful, integrated solutions for clients such as Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Land Rover, Royal Caribbean, and InterContinental Hotels. Before moving to the US to join Mindshare, she held a variety of positions at media agencies in the UK, including ZenithOptimedia and AW Media.
